Nasser Khalid Al Rabban is currently the Chairman of Al Rabban Holding, who continued the Legacy of his late father and aims to direct the growth of Al Rabban Holding as a group of companies that achieves international excellence.
Mr. Nasser was previously the Deputy Chairman of M/S Al Sarh Real Estate, which oversees commercial and residential properties. He has been with the Al Rabban Holding since 1994 and spearheaded the successful completion of Frasers Tower as well as being a driving force in the success of Al Rabban Hospitality.
Throughout his 25 years tenure with business, Nasser has built a reputation for developing business strategies and ensuring the long-term viability of the company.
Nasser Khalid Al Rabban holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in Accounting from Qatar University.
Mohammed Khalid Al Rabban is currently Managing Partner at Al Rabban Holding. After graduating from University, he assisted his father, a distinguished businessman and the previous Chairman of Al Rabban Holding, in running the day to day operations.
Following the successful path of his father, he expertly managed to become one of the prosperous board members of Al Rabban Holding.

Mohammed Khalid Al Rabban completed his Business Management studies at NAV, Denver, The United States of America.
Khalifa Khalid Al Rabban is currently Managing Partner at Al Rabban Holding and Chairman of Rayyan Mineral Water Company. In his current role, Khalifa expanded a new strategy through the success of his company, while creating a new innovation for Polytech Plastic Industry.
Being fortunate to be part of the family business, he makes sure to bring the business with enterprising strategy, high standards, state-of-the-art technology and latest trends of leadership and management.
Prior to joining Al Rabban Holding in 2009, Khalifa used to work at the Real Estate Investment Arm of Qatar Government and later on decided to join the family business with Rabban Readymix, Al Sarh Real Estate, Rabban services Co., Arabian Falcon Co. and other subsidiaries.
For the past ten years, Khalifa Khalid Al Rabban has held executive leadership roles in many other organizations. As a successful businessman, he makes sure to make time for his family and pursue his hobbies with a passion in Scuba Diving, Swimming and Sports.
Khalifa earned a Bachelor of Science majoring in Marketing from the Lebanese American University (LAU) in Lebanon
Abdulaziz Khalid Al Rabban is currently a board member of Al Rabban Holding.
Being the youngest in the family business, he makes sure to contribute new methods that could help the growth of the company.
Mr. Abdulaziz has been able to develop his skills to interact directly with potential and existing clients at several companies, with a keen eye for a new market strategies, he invested his experience with his private company, he has successfully grown multiple startup ventures into full-fledged companies with rising shares in the business.
Mr. Andre’ Vermeulen joined the Group as CFO of Rayyan Water in 2016 and he was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of Al Rabban Holding in November 2018
Mr. Andre’ Vermeulen brings nearly three decades of FMCG industry experience to the Company. He has held senior positions in various companies including CFO of a large listed South African retailer, Financial Director of three leading FMCG food manufacturers and Operations Director in South Africa, one of the world’s leading beverages group.
Mr. Andre is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a Chartered Management Accountant (England). He also holds an MBA degree.
Mr. Andre’ Vermeulen joined the Group as CFO of Rayyan Water in 2016 and he was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of Al Rabban Holding in November 2018.
Mr. Andre’ Vermeulen brings nearly three decades of FMCG industry experience to the Company. Mr. Mammen Abraham is currently the Group Chief Accounting Officer.
Mr. Mammen joined the Group in 2020 and is responsible for handling Group’s Accounting functions, Audit functions, Liaising with leading banks for banking and funding requirements, Budgeting, Project management and Management Reporting.
Mr. Mammen, a seasoned finance professional, having started his career working with Big Four has many years of industry rich experience in the field of Core accounting & Finance, Tax, Management Reporting & Finance Controllership roles in Multinational companies based in India & Qatar.
Fhirnaz Ahmed is the Group IT Manager.
Mr. Fhirnaz has 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Design & Implementation, IT System management, , ERP implementation, Business Process Management, BMS, PMS, Network Security, Manufacturing, Hospitality IT Infrastructure, Integrated development of new services and Previous Experience in Military, International NGO, FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality,
Mr. Fhirnaz holds a Degree and PGD in Computer Applications, and internationally accredited Five Professional Certifications
Mazen Chedid is the Group Human Resources Manager of Al Rabban Holding.
Mr. Mazen aims to effectively contribute in the steady growth of the group and its various subsidiaries and the delivery of the founder’s and top management’s vision & mission. Been in the corporate consultancy and compliance field for the last six years, he has helped numerous foreign and local investors to start, run and grow their businesses in compliance with local governing law, procedures and policies.
Mr. Mazen has over than twelve years experience in Qatar, and he holds a bachelor degree in Law from the Lebanese University and has a postgraduate Diploma in private law from Beirut Arab University.
Moustafa Kamel is the legal Advisor of Al Rabban Holding.
Mr. Moustafa specializes in the value of public and privately-held businesses and intangible assets for purpose of litigation support. He has been with Al Rabban Holding since 1995, supervising legal advice and guidance for the company. Over the course of his nearly 30 years career in the Gulf, Mr. Moustafa has provided streamlined, practical and goal focused solutions when it comes to legal cases for the business.
Mr. Moustafa earned his Bachelor degree in Law from Ain Shams University, Cairo Egypt.
Mr. Ansaf Rifal is currently the Group Internal Audit Manager of Al Rabban Holding. He has over 14 years of audit and related services experience in the Middle East including the Big four experience.
He has led multiple engagements such as Internal Audits, fact-based investigation, anti-money laundering (AMC), feasibility studies, etc across various industries. And He holds an MBA from UK, as well as professional qualification from UK.
