Rabban Hospitality a member company of AL RABBAN HOLDING, led by Chairman Mr Khalid Mohd Al Rabban is proud to announce their latest development, an executive high rise tower building in West Bay. The construction of the 46 storey tower, has already commenced with delivery expected in the third quarter of 2015.
Mr Nasser Khalid Al Rabban, Director, who is over-all in charge of the project has advised that the company had pursued the idea of securing a reputable and internationally recognized operator, to manage the operation of this iconic tower, and further advised that after a process of due diligence, they had selected Frasers Hospitality. The development will be branded as Frasers Suites West Bay Doha. Frasers Hospitality, the Singapore based serviced apartment operator, has announced the signing of the agreement with Rabban Hospitality is to give the company a second property in Doha. The signing is a mark of the company’s future expansion plans in the Middle East.
Said Guus Bakker, Chief Operating Officer Europe and Middle East, “A second property in Doha has always been a priority for us and is an indication of the importance of Qatar in the region and our development plans. This new venture in Doha signifies future expansion in the region with further properties already agreed in the GCC. Soon there will be nine Frasers Hospitality properties in the Middle East”.
The current portfolio worldwide, of Frasers Hospitality, including those in the pipeline, stands at 86 properties in 45 cities, and more than 15,000 apartments.
This 46 storey tower was designed by Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB), one of the leading multidisciplinary consultancy firms in Qatar. The exterior design of the tower was inspired by Art-Deco design style. The wealth of experience AEB brings to the industry, were crucial decision factors when the developer selected the firm to handle both design and supervision of construction of this new landmark property which will grace the modern Doha cityscape.
Mr Nasser Khalid Al Rabban expressed that their new high- end development will also significantly assist to bridge some of the increasing market demand in the hospitality industry, as the property will have 396 executive suites with a range of one bedroom to three bedrooms. This exceptional development will also offer extensive recreational, conference and banqueting facilities. The spacious gym, spa and both children and adults pools area, adds a unique flare to the look and feel of the property, with a fine dining restaurant, kids club, sky lounge and retail shops.
Mr Rabban advised that the interior lay-out, design and creative flow have been a strong collaboration between our designer Mr Matteo Nunziati of Nunziati Studios from Milan, Italy and ourselves. This company is well recognized, with an extensive international portfolio, and this is their first project in Qatar.
