Rabban Readymix WLL began its commercial operations in the year 1975, having been previously part of the groups contracting company. It is currently ranked amongst the trusted and admired companies in Qatar. Over the past 40 years, we have catered to the growing demands of Qatar’s Oil & gas, infrastructure and real estate industry.
The company operated production facilities across various locations in Qatar for both Commercial and Project concrete supplies. Current plants are located in the Industrial Area and Mesaieed Area. All plants are equipped with state-of-the-art computer controlled batching plants, water chillers, flake ice plants and technical laboratories to carry out the necessary quality control functions to meet the project requirements.
The company has a fleet of 62 transit mixers and 20 concrete pumps, both mobile and stationary. Mobile boom pumps can reach heights ranging from 36 to 63 meters. Hydraulic placing booms and Self-climbing placing booms with a professional team which can reach heights up to 300m, to meet the increasing demands of fast-track projects.
At Rabban Readymix, mix designs are custom designed to meet Qatar Standards Code and project specifications using local and imported raw materials and deliver the highest quality and performance concrete.
Production of concrete using cement alternatives such as Fly Ash, Slag and Microsilica reduces the utilisation of cement which has a huge carbon footprint. Cement replacements are effective in lowering carbon footprint and improve the durability of performance concrete.
By coming together with our customers and partnering with contractors, architects and consultants, our trained staff can help identify specific project requirements and provide the appropriate, cost-effective, value-added solutions. Over the years, Rabban Readymix has supplied numerous major government and commercial projects, many of which have required large volume pours ranging from 2000m3 to 8000m3 in continuous supply.
